City of Star to host candlelight vigil for fallen Deputy

Ada County, Idaho (CBS2) - The City of Star is hosting a candlelight vigil for fallen Ada County Deputy Tobin Bolter. The Deputy was shot during a traffic stop Saturday night. He died from the shooting Sunday morning.

Star Mayor Trevor Chadwick posted on social media that the vigil will happen Tuesday, April 23rd at 9 PM. It will take place near the flag pole at Hunter’s Creek Park located at 1500 N Star Road.

Battery operated lights or blue lights are welcome. People who attend will be praying for everyone who knew the fallen Deputy and also for the Deputy who is still in the hospital.
