Publish date: 2024-07-12

Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul recently put his Bel-Air residence on the market for $9.249 million. Initially, in July, the 12,184-square-foot estate was listed as pending with an asking price of $10.25 million.

Paul, who was traded from the L.A. Clippers in June, purchased the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom home from singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne for $8.495 million five years ago.

Located in Bel-Air Crest, the Mediterranean-style estate sits on two acres. Thirty-two-year-old Paul renovated the home to now include a two-story foyer with hardwood floors and white gallery walls.

Additional luxurious features include a 12-seat theatre, a wine cellar, a billiards room, and a sauna. The master bedroom also features the works – a fireplace and kitchenette, and a private balcony that looks out onto the pool.

The listing agent is Ikem Chukumerije of Westside Premier Estates.
