"Happy Sunday!! Here's one of my glute workouts I did the other day 🍑 make sure to save for your next session," Izzy captioned a recent Instagram post of her workout. In it, she does 3 x 10 Barbell Squat, 3 x 12 Dumbbell In Out Jump Squats, 3 x 12 Dumbbell Curtsy Lunge, 3 x 12 Kettlebell Snatch, 3 x 8 Box Jumps, and 30 on 30s off x 3 Sprint to finish out the set.

One major way Izzy stays fit? She has been playing field hockey since she was 7. "Another day another win," she captioned a post. Field hockey is a great sport as it involves a lot of running around and movement on the arms.

Izzy, who is a fitness coach, maintains a healthy lifestyle but refuses to shame herself over indulging. "Happy New Year lovelies!! As we all know a lot of people have started thinking about their diet and changing their lifestyle habits after indulging over the Christmas period (you're not alone!!) The most important thing is not to beat yourself up over it, you're allowed to enjoy yourself but now it's time for many of us to start making better decisions," she captioned a recent post.

Izzy also does this upper body workout. It consists of lat pull down, chest-supported rows, face pulls, rear flys, and pull-downs.

In a post about her "typical day of eating" on her HIFitness Instagram account, Izzy revealed that she is vegetarian, getting protein from meat alternatives, eggs, cheese, yogurt, nuts, protein shakes, protein bars, and higher protein carb sources like pasta and couscous. "You don't need to miss out on your favourite foods – just make sure you know the portions you can have whilst sticking to your calories," she wrote.
