How to fix ‘Sprint not working’ in Fortnite
1. Open the game Settings
First, you need to open the in-game settings. This can be done by opening the main menu and choosing the gear icon from it.
There are a number of tabs to choose from. You have to navigate to either the controller or keyboard tab based on which input device you use to play Fortnite.
2. Change keybinds on the Controller
For players who play Fortnite on a controller, you have to select the wireless controller tab in the settings and have to manually assign the Sprint action. This is assigned to the L3 button by default. You may change it to any other button on the controller, though.
After doing so, you simply have to press the apply button and save these settings. Now, You will be able to sprint in-game.
3. Change keyboard binds
For PC players, the procedure to fix this issue is almost the same. Instead of selecting the wireless controller tab, you have to navigate to the keyboard controls tab to fix this issue.
